When is the deadline for turning in our paperwork?

It appears that the scoring criteria for the external audit section in labeled incorrectly. Shouldn't an applicant get 8 points for 0 finding rather than 8 points for unresolved findings?
The scoring was listed incorrectly on the RFP that was sent via email to those who submitted an Intent to Apply. It is corrected on the link to the RFP on the NEO website.
I thoroughly reviewed the RFP and the application checklist, and am not seeing a budget requirement. Is there a budget requirement that I might be overlooking?
No there is no budget required as part of the RFP.

RFP 3.1.4 4b Production assessment In the production plan by county is there a formula to determine that? If there is what is that formula?
There is no formula to determine a county-level production plan. The applicant should provide a proposed production plan based on the agency's proposed service area that takes into consideration knowledge of the population and weatherization needs and demand in the counties that comprise the proposed service area.

I am going through the RFP for WAP. In section 3.1.1, is there a standard form we should be utilizing to discuss the experience of our staff? Or should all RFP requirements just be stated in a separate Word document?
There is no form, all RFP requirements should be responded to in a narrative form.
In Section 3.1.4, 7b., how do you define projects? Also, what specific information about the projects should we be including?
Projects are a program or an initiative that is administered by an organization and is related to a single grant award. Information about a project should include the amount of funds awarded/dedicated to that project, the purpose of the project, types of services provided, and information about who benefits or is the recipient of the services.
