Travel on all roads and streets in Nebraska in October 2016 increased 1.7 percent, or 29 million miles, compared to the same month a year ago. The graph shows monthly travel this year, a year ago, ten years ago, and twenty years ago. Using the table beneath the graph, the numbers show that October travel in 2016 increased 9.9 percent from ten years ago (2006), and 27.6 percent from twenty years ago (1996). October travel increased 16.1 percent from 1996 to 2006.
