Electricity Expenditures by End-Use Sector Expenditures for electricity increased to $1,475.5 million (or $1.5 billion) in 2004, which is 1.2 percent more than the $1,458.3 million spent on electricity in 2003. The residential sector spent 41 percent of the total with the commercial sector spending 34 percent and the industrial sector spending 25 percent. |
