Electricity Prices in Nebraska
by End–Use Sector

The average price of electricity for each sector has not significantly changed from the 1980s and 1990s. In 2009, the average price for the state was 7 cents per kilowatthour. The industrial sector's average price was the lowest at 5.76 cents per kilowatthour, and the residential sector's average price was the highest at 8.53 cents. The commercial sector's average price was 7.34 cents.
