Natural Gas Expenditures in Nebraska |

In 2005, expenditures on natural gas increased 25 percent to $1,073.5 million from $858.4 million in 2004. The residential sector spent $405.4 million (38 percent of the total). The industrial and commercial sectors spent $343.1 million (32 percent) and $258.9 million (24 percent), respectively, and the electric power sector spent $65.8 million (6 percent). The transportation sector spent $0.2 million (less than one percent of the total). |
