Refineries in the nation are operating at 91.3% capacity. Gasoline: Midwest production is
2,011 thousand barrels per day--an increase of 1.7% from last
week. Diesel:
Midwest production is 609 thousand barrels per day--no change from last week. Heating Oil: Midwest production is 272 thousand barrels per
day--no change from last week. Propane: Midwest production is 214
thousand barrels per day--no change from last week. |

Gasoline: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 51.4 million barrels--0.8% (or 400,000 barrels) less than last week's inventory level and 3.4% less than last month's level with inventory levels near the upper boundary of the normal range. The Energy Information Administration maintains a benchmark for national stocks at 200 million barrels. As of April 22, the national stock level is 211.3 million barrels. Diesel: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 19.9 million barrels--2.9% less than last week's inventory level and 3.9% less than last month's level with distillate inventory levels below the normal range. Heating Oil: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 7 million barrels--1.5% more than last week's inventory level and 7.7% more than last month's level with distillate inventory levels below the normal range. Propane: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 10.7 million barrels--5.9% more than last week's inventory level and 18.9% more than last month's level with inventory levels continuing at the upper boundary of the normal range. As of April 22, the national inventory level is 31.5 million barrels. Natural Gas: The East Region's inventory, of which Nebraska is a part, is 636 billion cubic feet--7.6% more than last week and 115 billion cubic feet above the 5-year average. For the week ending April 22, the national inventory level is 1,416 billion cubic feet. |
