Refineries in the nation are operating at 91.1% capacity. Gasoline: Midwest production is
1,863 thousand barrels per day--an increase of 2.9% from last
week. Diesel:
Midwest production is 625 thousand barrels per day--a decrease of 1.3% from last week. Heating Oil: Midwest production is 180 thousand barrels per
day--an increase of 2.9% from last week. Propane: Midwest production is 202
thousand barrels per day--a decrease of 7.3% from last week. |

Gasoline: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 53.8 million barrels--0.4% (or 200,000 barrels) less than last week's inventory level and 5.5% less than last month's level with inventory levels above the normal range. The Energy Information Administration maintains a benchmark for national stocks at 200 million barrels. As of March 25, the national stock level is 214.4 million barrels. Diesel: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 20.9 million barrels--3.2% less than last week's inventory level and 6.7% less than last month's level with distillate inventory levels at the lower boundary of the normal range. Heating Oil: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 6.5 million barrels--3% less than last week's inventory level and 9.7% less than last month's level with distillate inventory levels at the lower boundary of the normal range. Propane: Midwest inventory (or PADD II) is 9.1 million barrels--5.8% more than last week's inventory level but 11.7% less than last month's level with inventory levels in the normal range. As of March 25, the national inventory level is 27 million barrels. Natural Gas: The East Region's inventory, of which Nebraska is a part, is 548 billion cubic feet--7.4% less than last week but 40 billion cubic feet above the 5-year average. For the week ending March 25, the national inventory level is 1,239 billion cubic feet. |
