Nebraska Gasoline and Diesel Prices |
|
Nebraska's average gasoline price fell three cents per gallon from last week to $2.12, which is 19 cents higher than the price at this time last year but $1.08 lower than the recorded high of $3.20 on September 6. Gasoline prices have fallen over the last several weeks as gasoline supplies have increased and demand went into its usual seasonal decline. According to the Energy Information Administration, wholesale prices suggest that retail gasoline prices may fall a little more over the next two weeks. Weekly average prices in surveyed cities ranged from $2.00 in Grand Island to $2.12 in Lincoln. As of November 25, the Midwest gasoline stock level was in the upper region of the normal range with 51.6 million barrels. |
