ranged from Hastings Utilities' $7.69 to the City of Stromsburg's $15.74 per thousand cubic feet.
Commercial rates ranged from Hastings Utilities' $8.12 to the City of Stromsburg's $13.61. Rates
for natural gas used by electric utilities ranged from Stuart Gas Company's $1.66 to City of Wahoo's
$9.97. Industrial rates ranged from the Fremont Department of Utilities' $7.72 to the Central
City Gas Department's $14.32.
