In 2002, the state had 553,056 natural gas
consumers supplied by 21 companies. Four of the companies were investor-owned, and 17 companies were consumer-owned. Sixty (60) percent of Nebraska's customers were supplied by investor-owned companies, and 40 percent were supplied by consumer-owned companies. |
