Natural Gas Service Providers and
Their Consumers in Nebraska
In 2010, the state had 574,950 natural gas consumers supplied by 24 companies. Eight of the companies were investor–owned, and 16 companies were consumer–owned. Fifty–seven (57) percent of Nebraska's customers were supplied by investor–owned companies, and 43 percent were supplied by consumer–owned companies.
