For All Builders...

What is Blower Door Testing and Why Should I Test My Homes?

A blower door test gauges how airtight a building is and helps identify where the leaks are. Testing can help you decide where and whether additional air sealing is needed or whether a home complies with the minimum sealing requirements of the latest Energy Codes.

Decisions made about sealing air leaks affect a building dramatically throughout its lifetime.

The Energy Office invites you to a training that will help builders learn how to ensure that their clients buildings are free of drafts and are protected from future moisture concerns. Attendees will learn:

Open to all builders regardless of homebuilder association.
